Cage 99
Appel à partitions

L’ensemble Décadanse lance un appel à partitions pour son projet Cage 99. Il s’agit d’élaborer un programme en hommage à John Cage à l’occasion des 99 ans de sa naissance.
Les compositeurs peuvent écrire pour tout ou partie de la formation suivante :
Flûte, hautbois, saxophone, violoncelle, guitare, clavier.
La durée de l’œuvre ne doit pas excéder 4 minutes et 33 secondes.
L’ensemble Décadanse sélectionnera les œuvres reçues.
Date limite d’envoi : 31 juillet 2010.

Call for scores

The Ensemble Décadanse is launching a call for scores as part of its Cage 99 project which aims to put together a programme of music in hommage to John Cage to mark the 99th anniversary of his birth.  Composers are invited to write for any combination of the following instruments:  flute, oboe, saxophone, cello, guitar and keyboard.  Pieces must be no longer than 4 minutes 33 seconds.  Décadanse will  make its selection of works to be included in the project from amongst those  submitted.  The deadline for submitting a work is July 31st 2010.
WE ARE NOT SLAVES OF VIRTUOSITY !
